We aim to dispatch all orders received before 12 noon on the same day (or the following Monday, if placed over the weekend), except during very busy periods. During our 50% Sales period, please note that our delivery times might be slightly longer.We hope for your kind understanding.

There are 4 delivery options:

(1) Delivery by Airmail - 20 USD - usually takes 1 - 2 weeks, depending on the local postal service. This is not regisitered post.

(2) Delivery by Speedpost - 25 USD - usually takes between 2-5 days, depending on local postal service. This is regsitered post, and is guaranteed delivery. Recipient has to sign for parcel when it arrives.

(3) Local Delivery in Hong Kong - 10 USD  - delivery by courier or by local post (depending on where you live) between 2 and 7 days.

(4) Hong Kong customers can come and pick up their order from our office in Kennedy Town, and therefore do not have to pay a delivery charge. Please call the office before you come and pick up on 852 28150585. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT HAVE A SHOP - IF YOU WOULD LIKE SOMETHING IN PARTICULAR PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE FIRST TO CHECK THAT WE HAVE IT AND IT IS IN OUR WAREHOUSE.
