Recent Website Problems!
Due to an upgrade of Internet Explorer 7.0 on Microsoft XP, some of our clients are having problems purchasing through our website. If you are experiencing this problem you can:

3) You can uninstall Internet Explorer 7.0 and get back the old version to stop problems like this occurring. Here are the instructions from Microsoft website -
To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 to return to Internet Explorer 6 on
Windows XP*
1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet
Explorer 7 that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove."
(If you are running Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview — March 20
or later, it is not necessary to check "Show Updates.")
5. Go here <http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/> and
select the appropriate version of Internet Explorer 7 for your
operating system.

We will reserve your goods as soon as your order is received, but cannot despatch your order until your cheque has cleared. This usually takes 7 working days.
Returns Policy
You can return an unused product to us within 30 days for a full refund provided it is in reasonable condition.
We have an ‘open’ returns policy for faulty products, and will endeavour to replace or exchange any items that have become defective within a reasonable period.
